I've looked up great stretches on http://www.dance.net/ and the amazing Yahoo! Answers:] Some of the stretches I thought were interesting were placing your leg onto something within your flexibility range (chair, stair....bear, etc.) and then lifting the leg above it for a few seconds then back down to rest. Another one was doing back bridges and trying to walk your hands to your feet (say whattt!?) But hey its worth a shot!
Here are my arabesques before! I'll take more pictures a month from now to see if there are any improvements!
Pretty soon, I'll have amazing arabesques like Billy Bell, Ashley, and...this girl.

Oh and here's a video with more stretches that I will be using. Check out BalletBrunette92's other video of her arabesque....mannnn this HAS to work!
Hugs, Kisses, and Strong Backs!

ReplyDeletethank you greta! you're the best:]
ReplyDeleteI think the walking in a bride with your hands to your feet is to get a more flexible back so you cna hold your body upright. Good luck! :)
ReplyDeletethank you, Chloey*, i've been doing that one too:) and i'm really starting to see an improvement!:)
